THE CHARLOTTESVILLE THRESHOLD CHOIR

The Charlottesville Threshold Choir is a newly formed group which honors the ancient tradition of singing at the bedsides of those who are ill or dying and their caregivers, for those who are grieving and others in need of musical healing.

When invited, we will visit in small groups. We invite families and caregivers to join us in song or to participate in listening.

We will be singing in hospices, hospitals, nursing homes and private homes when invited by family or caregivers. The service is our gift, there is no charge. We gratefully accept donations for our ongoing expenses.

Our repertoire includes rounds, chants, lullabies and other music chosen to provide comfort through the harmonious blending of voices. Our music embraces many faith traditions.
