An informal gathering for parents and children who are attracted to mindfulness as a practice for daily life. The children range in age from birth to adolescent at this time. Not all participants are Buddhist, but many are. All interested families are welcome. We meet each Tuesday at 1 pm at  Belmont Park in Charlottesville.
