Blessing Circle... JABA Building, Charlottesville Our meditation tradition includes formal practices to help us cultivate compassion in our hearts and to respond wisely to pain and suffering. This circle is a meditation period, open to all, to offer blessings for those who suffer, and to support us in developing our natural caring and tenderness. The time together begins at 6:45 with a guided meditation facilitated by Jackie Erskine. This meditation is held in the JABA building in the side room off the main hall, and all are welcome. |
