Chant Before Meditation -- 3rd Tuesday of the Month

Chanting encourages the state of dynamic stillness to grow stronger within us.  We start with mindful stretching, then chant in monotone.  There is no melody, so even the tone deaf are skillful here!  This month we will chant the Heart Sutra in English
