Sitting Meditation with a Panel Discussion

The quality of Investigation is one of the 7 Factors of Awakening and a quality that distinguishes Buddhist practices from others.

Tonight the IMCC teachers will again, in a panel discussion, address questions brought forth earlier by the sangha.   There were so many excellent questions we didn't get to discuss them all.

Pat will offer the Big Mind Meditation to begin the evening.  It is a meditation that explores the question.........Who or what are we?

The panel discussion will follow.  So, bring along any new questions about practice that you have and join in this lively evening of spiritual exploration.
