The Noble Eightfold Path invites us to be present with what is, continually reminding us that there is nothing internal and nothing external that is to be excluded from our awareness and care. At times, however, our own disturbing emotions can seem to challenge this teaching and can leave us puzzled as to how to proceed. This evening's talk with explore this confusion and begin to offer some ways of thinking and practice that can lead us to the deeper happiness, peace and serenity that our spiritual practice offers. No matter what.

IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers.  The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
