Midday Meditation at Common Ground is led by rotating IMCC teachers. Join us for guided insight and heart meditations, with time for questions and discussion. These sitting periods are open to all levels of meditators including those new to practice.
Advance registration is not required and you may drop in at any time.
There is no fee. Donations are welcome, appreciated, and benefit both Common Ground and IMCC.
