This silent retreat will include a variety of guided and silent meditations, talks, walking meditation, and a period for sharing and questions. New and experienced meditators are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes with layers so you may adapt to changing airflow etc. Healthy snacks and water, as well as cushions and chairs will be provided. If you have your own cushion, please bring it just in case.
