Tuesday Evening Meetings - Explore the many benefits of Vipassana Meditation. We meet every Tuesday from 7:30pm - 9pm at JABA. Newcomers are welcome. Chair provided; bring a cushion or mat if you prefer.
Daytime Meetings - We offer two opportunities for daytime meditation and discussion at Common Ground Healing Arts Center.
Spiritual Friend - KM Groups: Kalyana mitta ("spiritual friend") or KM groups that allow us to deepen our practice in smaller, more intimate settings.
Path of Practice - IMCC offers a path of practice that can help you move from beginning Buddhist meditation and understanding basic teachings to becoming a mature and seasoned practitioner.
Retreats, Classes, Special Events - In addition to the Daytime and Tuesday evening meetings, we offer a wide range of events and activities that inform, educate and support our practice while fostering a strong sense of community.
