IMCC offers a variety of engaging, informative and educational opportunities for individuals who wish to begin or expand their practice of Insight Meditation. Activities are designed for all levels of engagement from the larger group sessions on Tuesday evenings to smaller (8-10 people), issue-oriented KM groups that meet throughout the year. See our event calendar for listings.

Tuesday Evening Meetings - Explore the many benefits of Vipassana Meditation. We meet every Tuesday from  7:30pm - 9pm at JABA. Newcomers are welcome. Chair provided; bring a cushion or mat if you prefer.

Daytime Meetings - We offer three opportunities for daytime meditation and discussion at Common Ground Healing Arts Center.

Spiritual Friend - KM Groups: Kalyana mitta ("spiritual friend") or KM groups that allow us to deepen our practice in smaller, more intimate settings.

Path of Practice IMCC offers a path of practice that can help you move from beginning Buddhist meditation and understanding basic teachings to becoming a mature and seasoned practitioner.

Retreats, Classes, Special Events - In addition to the Daytime and Tuesday evening meetings, we offer a wide range of events and activities that inform, educate and support our practice while fostering a strong sense of community.
