“Enough is as good as a feast” is an old proverb pointing to the virtue of moderation in all things.  It also points to the story of the Buddha coming home to his body and touching Earth, in his discovery of the Middle Way as the path to awakening, and the possibility of our own -- transforming narratives of hunger and separation to the feast of “what is,” in deepened connection with ourselves and the world.

IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's  meditation teachers.  The program is designed to be suitable and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.

This week's teacher:  Charmi Neely
