Cultivating Gratitude Can Transform Your Life
with

If we are able to get under the busyness of Thanksgiving preparation and expectation the holiday can point us to reflect on the beautiful and transformative quality of gratitude.
The Buddha spoke of the experience of gratitude as 'gladdening' the heart/mind. Join us this evening as we explore gratitude through the Buddha's teachings, poetry, guided meditations and discussion.
IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to be user-friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
