Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a practice-based, interactive learning course that can alter the impact of human conditions such as anxiety, asthma, cancer, chronic pain, depression, diabetes, fibromyalgia, gastrointestinal disorders, heart disease, hypertension and sleep disturbances.

Becoming aware of sensations in the body, thoughts and feelings, in a way that suspends judgment and self-criticism, can have surprising results. Many people report finding inner strengths that help them make wiser decisions
