Finding Connection and Community: Taking Refuge in the Sangha
When
01 Jul 2014
7:30 PM (EDT)
Location
Jefferson Area Board on Aging, Hillsdale Drive, Charlottesville
Jeff Fracher will be the teacher on July 8. His talk will address the importance of Sangha, or community, as one of the 3 jewels of our practice. Community is where we experience connection which is the antidote to separation. Separation from ourselves and others is the root cause of much of our suffering. The talk will describe ways in which the support of Sangha can deepen our practice and reduce our suffering.
