Another Year Begins:
Wise Intention, The Rudder For The Rest Of Your Life
with Pat Coffey
The beginning of a new year is an auspicious time to explore our intentions. The Buddha understood the contemplation of intention as the pivot point a life revolves on.
Tonight we will explore the Buddha's concept of
Wise Intention
and how it is a critical step in the path toward personal happiness, harmony in relationships and peace in the world.
IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
