How Does Your Meditation Practice Address The Immense Suffering of This World?
with Pat Coffey
There is no bigger question.
We live in a beautifully woven interdependence on this planet. In the deepest sense, your pain is my pain. A valid spiritual path must offer more than just 'making you feel good'. It must address not only your personal growth but address the immense suffering of this world.
Tonight we will explore how your meditation practice has the capacity to heal you internally, cultivate your greater wisdom and compassion and at the same time support the healing of this wounded planet.
IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to be user-friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
