Everything Is Workable:
an Ethics and Reconciliation (EAR) Committee Presentation.
As in any community, relational conflicts, program concerns and ethical questions inevitably will arise within IMCC. For those matters directly related to our functioning as a community, the EAR team is available to assist by offering the guidance of our Buddhist teachings and ethical guidelines. This evening's program will outline the availability of EAR and introduce our community to the EAR team.
