Please join Laura DeVault, Heather Karp and Jeanne van Gemert for a Buddhist inquiry into a more meaningful life by exploring and increasing our awareness of Aging, Illness and Death.
In addition to the silent meditation retreat practices of sitting and walking, we will include mindful movement, writing and dialogue: stepping together easily, lightly and significantly.
All levels of meditation practice welcome. Please bring lunch (no refrigeration or cooking), as well as paper/journal and pen. Tea and snacks will be provided. Chairs provided; bring a cushion if you prefer.
