In continuing our exploration of the Buddha's Eightfold Path we will examine the role of intention in spiritual practice. Is it true that the road to hell is paved with good intentions? Come hear what the Buddha's take was on this often heard phrase. Can intention effect our prospects for greater happiness, wisdom and compassion? Or are intentions just some pablum from New Age La-La-Land?

This evening is our regular Tuesday evening meeting and will be led  by Pat Coffey

A period of guided meditation will be followed by a talk and informal discussion.  The program is designed to be easily accessible and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.  Full meditation instructions will be offered so new meditators will be well supported.
