Becoming Nobody, Going Nowhere
When
24 Jan 2012
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Location
JABA 674 Hillsdale Drive Cville 22901
Our regular Tuesday evening meeting will be led tonight by Susan Stone. A period of guided meditation will be followed by a talk, "Becoming Nobody, Going Nowhere." This talk will explore a central issue in Buddhist practice: In a society focused on somebodying, our practice inherently involves nobodying, and it produces lightness and joy as a result. The talk will be followed by informal discussion. A program for all, whether you’re new to a spiritual path or on old-timer.
