How We Work With Suffering
When
07 Feb 2012
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM (EST)
Location
JABA 674 Hillsdale Drive, Cv 22901
Our regular Tuesday evening meeting will be led tonight by Susan Stone. A period of guided meditation will be followed by a talk, "How We Work With Suffering." The focus is the first of the Four Noble Truths stated by the Buddha, which provides the foundation of Buddhist teachings. Tonight, three members of our community will share their experiences and insights practicing with suffering. A program for all, whether you consider yourself new to the spiritual path or an old-timer.
