"What the Body Says"
Guided Meditation and Dharma Talk

Our evening together will be a collective investigation of the wisdom of our human bodies. Using guidance from the Buddha's teachings on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, we will explore element practice (earth, water, fire, air) both externally and internally. Sangha members can expect contemplation of our personal gateways into presence with our bodies as well as contemplation of the ways our bodies speak to us. How can these bodies lead us into a deeper understanding of our interconnection, our belonging and kinship to the natural world? During this evening, sangha members will have the opportunity to reflect individually on our relationships with our bodies and also to share with our community.
