Young Adults' Sangha (YAS!)

facilitated by Liz Reynolds

Meeting in-person for October 24th (Note change in time)!

During our October meeting we will continue our exploration of the Brahma Viharas (or heart qualities) with help from Christina Feldman's book, Boundless Heart: The Buddha's Path of Kindness, Compassion, Joy and Equanimity. In September we began working with compassion (karuna) practice and will continue this theme for our meeting on October 24th,  inquiring into our own capacity for self-compassion and our capacity to meet the suffering of the world with compassion. Please email Liz Reynolds at lizareyn112@gmail.com with questions and for additional resources and inquiries offered for our monthly meetings.

All young adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s are welcome to attend. There is no need to have a dedicated spiritual or meditation practice, just a willingness to share and learn in community. We welcome your presence as your schedule allows and understand that folks in this age range have a variety of life demands that may make regular participation challenging. Come as you are and explore the dharma's relevance to our lives together!
