To Feel and To Know
Tonight we will explore the "contemplation " of feeling. One of the Buddha's four major gateways to freedom, happiness and peace.
This contemplation of feeling is different than working with emotions......It's easy and fun to practice.
Come join us and learn how to meditate on "feeling" in a new way and see first hand how it can bring more balance, lightness and peace to everyday living.
IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
