There was much wisdom and wholesome inquiry in our community's responses to IMCC's recent surveys. One theme that emerged was interest in more advanced practice. It got a couple of us contemplating how we might define and then more deeply investigate "advanced" practices. We will explore that question together in this week's offering.
Spoiler alert: while the Buddha's teachings themselves are relatively easy to read about and even understand, their full application and integration in our daily lives is subtle, very personal and a lifetime of joyful practice.
