IMCC's Young Adults' Sangha is entering its third year - hooray! In 2023, we are continuing to build spiritual community in central Virginia with collaboration and mutual support. We are moving into a rhythm for YAS meetings in which we are allowing for what is present in the group and co-creating gatherings that are relevant and useful to our spiritual lives and community. All young adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s are welcome to attend the YAS! There is no need to have a dedicated spiritual or meditation practice, just a willingness to share and learn in dharma-centered community. We welcome your presence as your schedule allows and understand that folks in this age range have a variety of life demands that may make regular participation challenging. Come as you are and explore the dharma's relevance to our lives together!
