Are you:
  • Interested in learning what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you?
  • Eager to explore a variety of practices in a condensed format, and find ways to incorporate practice into your daily life?
  • New to mindfulness or seeking a refresher?

This introductory program will support you to:

  • Be more present and aware at work and at home
  • Reduce auto-pilot reactivity in stressful situations
  • Enhance attention and connection in relationships
  • Offer yourself and others kindness and compassion in times of challenge
