Mindfulness is now being practiced worldwide as a means of reducing stress. This experiential workshop-retreat, "Embracing Life, Reducing Stress--the Spiritual Journey of Mindfulness," is led by IMCC teacher Susan Stone, who also teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at UVA. This popular program, which Susan has offered several times at Yogaville, focuses on reducing stress and learning to live more fully through the practice of mindfulness and kindness.
