On Tuesday evening, just past the midpoint between the winter solstice and the spring equinox, Anita Holmes will gift us with a sound bath experience, playing her beautiful crystal singing bowls. The sound waves produced by the singing bowls move easily through the body, creating a calming resonance that helps settle the nervous system and promote a restful and meditative state. Hearing them in person, if possible, will be an experience with better sound quality. Matt Fritts and Jeanne van Gemert will add some words and chanting to frame the sound bath experience. If you would like to lie down for this sound meditation experience, please bring a blanket, yoga mat, etc. It's a treat.
