Three Portals to Joy and Freedom
With Pat Coffey
The Buddha spoke of the importance of understanding things just as they are as the platform for joy and freedom.
He described three characteristics of this human existence that are shared by all humans. He taught that understanding the "nature of nature" literally opened the door to freedom and happiness.....that learning to flow with nature and not against it creates a beautiful ease of living.
Please join us as we explore these characteristics of existence.....the very "nature of nature" ......and how this understanding can transform your life.
IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to be friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
