Taking Refuge in the Earth
When
20 Aug 2013
7:30 PM - 9:00 PM (EDT)
Location
JABA 674 Hillsdale Road, Charlottesville, VA
If we see the Earth as a healthy, whole, harmonious system and honor her as we would a great teacher, a respected elder, can we hear her Dharma teaching?
In recognition of our essential nonseparateness from the world, how do we take refuge in the whole Earth, making that our practice, for the sake of the world Sangha?
All are welcome; the evening meditation and talk is designed for those with little meditation experience as well as more advanced practitioners.
