Buddhism and Sufism are both wisdom traditions that find their roots with our ancients. Join us for a day-long retreat as we weave teachings and transmissions from both traditions throughout a day of meditation and Dances of Universal Peace.
This potent practice combines the power and resonance of the dance circle with the tranquility and insight of meditation, moving us toward a grounded balance of serenity, wisdom, compassion and joy.
The retreat will be held in silence except during the potluck dinner
