New Teachers: Spiritual Friends

This evening we will greet the new year with an opportunity to meet and hear from new teachers in our IMCC community. Over the next few weeks and months these new teachers will enable us to expand the programs and teachings we will be able to offer.

IMCC meets every Tuesday evening for a period of guided meditation and a talk by one of IMCC's experienced meditation teachers. The program is designed to e friendly and of interest to people with no meditation experience as well as to more advanced practitioners.
