When we meditate, what is often revealed is the mad mind disguising our broken heart. This tender yet persistent suffering shows up as mental hunger, anger, and wishful thinking, and greatly blocks our capacity for intimacy and freedom in our lives, relationships, and community. In this experiential retreat, we will explore the mad mind and its six disguises. Through periods of silence, guided meditations, a dharma talk, and paired exercises, we embrace the mad mind as a doorway to our innate goodness and shared humanity.
